1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Perfect Pairing. By accessing or using our dating application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Perfect Pairing Pte Ltd ("Perfect Pairing", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use Perfect Pairing, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Singpass account for identity verification
• Be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable laws
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under Singapore law or any other applicable jurisdiction
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Service

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and verify your identity using Singpass. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Community Guidelines

Perfect Pairing is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Post content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Share sexually explicit content or nudity
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use fake photos or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, solicit money, or advertise products/services
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Perfect Pairing may offer premium features, subscriptions, and virtual items ("Credits") for purchase. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change at any time without notice
• Credits and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Unused Credits remain valid as long as your account is active
• We may modify or discontinue features at our discretion

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through your account settings.

7. Safety and Interactions

While we verify user identities through Singpass, Perfect Pairing cannot guarantee the behavior of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We recommend:

• Meeting in public places for initial meetings
• Informing friends or family of your plans
• Never sharing financial information with matches
• Reporting suspicious behavior immediately
• Trusting your instincts if something feels wrong

Perfect Pairing is not responsible for the conduct of users, whether online or offline.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Perfect Pairing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any matches or connections will result in relationships
• User information is accurate or truthful despite verification
• The Service will meet your expectations

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECT PAIRING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Conduct of other users, whether online or offline

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Pairing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre
3. If unresolved, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Perfect Pairing.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
