1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Perfect Pairing. By accessing or using the dating application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Perfect Pairing Pte Ltd ("Perfect Pairing", "we", "us", or "our") reserves modification rights. Significant changes will be notified; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
To use Perfect Pairing, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Singpass account for identity verification
- Be legally permitted to use the Service under applicable laws
- Not be prohibited under Singapore law or other jurisdictions
- Not have been previously banned or removed
You represent and warrant meeting all eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account and verify identity using Singpass. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update account information
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify immediately of unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all account activities
4. Community Guidelines
Perfect Pairing commits to a safe, respectful environment. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or law violations
- Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten users
- Post abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
- Share sexually explicit content or nudity
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use fake photos or misrepresent identity
- Spam, solicit money, or advertise products/services
- Collect or harvest user data without consent
- Interfere with Service operation
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts
- Attempt unauthorized system or account access
Perfect Pairing reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts violating guidelines.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of posted content ("User Content"). By posting, you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with Service operation.
You represent having all necessary rights to post User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Perfect Pairing may offer premium features, subscriptions, and virtual items ("Credits"). By purchasing, you agree:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless legally required
- Prices may change anytime without notice
- Credits and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- Unused Credits remain valid while your account is active
- Perfect Pairing may modify or discontinue features at its discretion
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions through account settings.
7. Safety and Interactions
While Perfect Pairing verifies user identities through Singpass, we cannot guarantee the behavior of users. You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. We recommend:
- Meeting in public places for initial meetings
- Informing friends or family of your plans
- Never sharing financial information with matches
- Reporting suspicious behavior immediately
- Trusting your instincts if something feels wrong
Perfect Pairing is not responsible for user conduct, whether online or offline.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Perfect Pairing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission
- Use trademarks or branding without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative works based on the Service
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime through app settings. Perfect Pairing may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or for any reason at its discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Perfect Pairing does not warrant:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Matches or connections will result in relationships
- User information is accurate or truthful despite verification
- The Service will meet your expectations
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECT PAIRING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Personal injury or property damage
- Unauthorized account access
- User conduct, whether online or offline
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Pairing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your Service use, User Content, or Terms violations.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre
- If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Perfect Pairing.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. Perfect Pairing may assign its rights without restriction.
